City waives fees for business banner permits, provides additional guidance

To help local businesses during the COVID-19 crisis, the city of Fountain Valley will waive fees for banner permits.

To obtain a banner permit, complete the banner permit application under Planning & Building, Application & Fees at www.fountainvalley.org.

City officials encourage the community to continue to support take-out and delivery restaurants during this challenging time.

Solid waste collection for both businesses and residents will continue on regular scheduled days. For trash collection schedules, visit www.fountainvalley.org and search trash collection.

However, pickup of bulk items has been temporarily suspended, effective Monday, March 30. Cart contents only will be accepted. Curbside recycling and yard waste services will continue. Should you have any questions, contact Public Works at (714) 593-4441 or Republic Services at (714) 847-3581.
