The city will celebrate the grand reopening of the playground at Harper Park with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and a movie in the park on Nov. 2.
The city’s Public Works Department and Community Services Department will unveil the park’s newly designed Biba Playground. There are multiple apps you can download and utilize to play fun, interactive games while at the park.
The ribbon-cutting is set for 5:15 p.m., followed by the movie, “Coco” at 5:45 p.m. Kids are invited to dress up in costumes, and the first 300 people will receive free hot dogs. Popcorn and snow cones will also be available.
