Baron Broadcast News now being televised
In a partnership between the Public Cable Television Authority (PCTA) and Fountain Valley High School, “Baron Broadcast News,” a television program produced by FVHS students, is airing regularly on the city’s cable channel.
“Baron Broadcast News” (or “BBN,” as it is more commonly known) is an open forum for student expression, produced by the students of Fountain Valley High School's video production class for the FVHS student body, staff and community. It is produced bi-weekly throughout the school year.
“’BBN’ is a well-produced program that we’re very pleased to air,” said John Borack, general manager of the Public Cable Television Authority. “It’s a great way for the community to find out what’s going on at Fountain Valley High School and a chance for some talented young people to have their work shown on television.”
“BBN” airs on Channel 3 (Time Warner Cable/Spectrum), Channel 99 (AT&T U-Verse) and Channel 21 (Frontier FiOS) in the City of Fountain Valley at the following times:
· Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday: 1:30pm
· Thursday and Saturday: 6:30pm
