Planning Commission to meet Tuesday to consider amendments to prohibit cultivation of marijuana and more in the city

The Fountain Valley Planning Commission will hold a public hearing tonight at a special meeting to consider amending the Municipal Codes that would prohibit the cultivation, licensing, distribution, testing and transportation of marijuana in the city.  The special meeting will be held at  6 p.m. at the City Council Chambers at City Hall, 10200 Slater Street. 

 

The Planning Commission will also consider amendments to the Municipal Code that would modify sections related to landscaping standards  and add sections to the code regarding the adoption of the state mandated Water Efficiency Landscape  Ordinance.
