City Council, Planning Commission plan joint study on FV Crossings

The City Council and Planning Commission will hold a joint study session at 6 p.m. Aug. 26 to review and discuss the proposed Fountain Valley Crossings Specific Plan.

The meeting starts at 6 p.m. in the City Council chambers at City Hall, 10200 Slater Ave. The meeting is open to the public. No action will be taken.

The Fountain Valley Crossings Specific Plan is to provide a new vision for the area with revised land use designations, zoning standards, a capital improvement program, and policies designed to incentivize and attract new development. This Specific Plan area is bound by Talbert Avenue on the north, Ellis Avenue on the south, Ward Street on the west and the Santa Ana River on the east.
