Heritage Park seeks volunteers
The Fountain Valley Historical Society works tirelessly to maintain the city's heritage—specifically Heritage Park.
The gated park that sits next to the Fountain Valley Library houses some of the city's most treasured historical artifacts—from old photos and early farming tools to the original historical buildings.
And the park is meticulously maintained by the Historical Society, which schedules Saturday work days to keep the park functional and attractive.
Persons interested in volunteering are invited to call Historical Society Co-President Cheryl Brothers at (714) 839-4509. The nonprofit society also welcomes donations.
